This role reports to the General Manager/Department Manager and involves delivering an innovative, entertaining dining experience to foster guest loyalty.
Servers are responsible for providing quality customer service by taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Key duties include adhering to attendance and procedural policies, performing setup and cleanup, effectively communicating product knowledge, handling payments, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications include basic hospitality knowledge, good communication skills, reliable transportation, food safety certification, and the ability to pass departmental tests.
Physical requirements involve prolonged standing or walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
