Server/Banquet Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team in Longview, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as working special events in our event Ballroom.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Prepare and serve food and drinks
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Server
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
