What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional and personalized table service with attention to luxury hospitality standards
• Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge of our menu, premium spirits, and cigar pairings
• Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and humidor staff to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain professionalism, poise, and efficiency in a high-volume upscale setting
• Support private events, VIP service, and curated experiences for elite clientele
• Uphold cleanliness, order, and ambiance in the dining and lounge areas
• Handle orders, payments, and guest requests with grace and accuracy

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
• Well-groomed, confident, and composed with excellent table manners
• Deep understanding of premium service, wine & spirits, and guest engagement
• Knowledge of cigars or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an elegant tone
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Miami-based
