Seeking compassionate and energetic Servers to join our dining services team in a memory care community dedicated to enriching residents' lives. As a Server, you'll create a warm, welcoming, and dignified dining experience for residents living with memory impairments.
Responsibilities include taking meal orders, serving meals efficiently, delivering orders upon request, setting tables, refilling condiments, maintaining the salad and dessert counters, cleaning dining areas, and performing additional duties as needed.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably some experience, strong communication skills, ability to lift at least 15 pounds, and stamina to stand for extended periods.
