About Us
We’re a lively, neighborhood restaurant in Webster Groves known for handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and a seasonal, from-scratch menu. Led by Executive Chef Ashley Shelton, our kitchen crafts dishes using the best local and imported ingredients available, and our bar program echoes that same ethos—featuring Italian wines, house-made cocktails, and a unique lineup of amari, aperitifs, and non-alcoholic options. Under the leadership of General Manager Victoria Burke, we’ve built a warm, team-first culture where service professionals can grow, thrive, and make a lasting impression on our guests.

Who We Need
We’re seeking passionate, experienced Servers who bring more than just technical skills—they bring heart. ️ At O+O Pizza, we believe exceptional hospitality is just as important as excellent food. That’s why we’re looking for individuals who love making people feel welcome, take pride in their work, and treat each shift like they’re hosting guests in their own home.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver Warm, Engaged Hospitality
Create an inviting, upbeat experience for every guest—anticipating needs, offering genuine recommendations, and going above and beyond to ensure memorable visits.

• Know the Menu Inside and Out
Keep up with our frequently changing, chef-driven menus and confidently guide guests through food and beverage options, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic pairings.

• Contribute to a Smooth Service Flow
Communicate effectively with teammates, assist with setup and breakdown, and jump in to support wherever needed during service.

• Uphold High Standards
Keep guest areas tidy, follow all service protocols, and consistently represent our restaurant’s values and professionalism.

Scheduling
• This is a dinner-only position; shifts typically run from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Both part-time and full-time roles are available.

Work Environment:
• Requires prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and maneuvering throughout restaurant service, kitchen, and storage areas..
• Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-energy settings with varying temperatures and stress levels.
• Heavy customer interaction and problem-solving required.
• Availability on nights and weekends is essential.

Compensation & Benefits
• This is a tipped position.
• Benefits for full-time employees: Medical, dental, vision insurance after within 90 days
• Bereavement time off available from date of hire. Paid time off, parental leave after one year of service.
