Server | Part-Time - Evenings and Weekends

What You Will Do

As a Server, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. You’ll prepare and maintain dining areas, ensure tables and service stations are clean andorganized,andprovideattentivemealservicethatreflectsFrasier’scommitmenttohospitality.Bybuildingrelationshipswithresidentsandlearningtheirpreferences,you’llhelpmakeeverymealfeelcomfortable,personalized,andengaging.

In this role, you’ll also support the smooth operation of the dining departmentbyaccuratelytakinganddeliveringorders,assistingresidentswithmenuselections,andmaintainingasafe,sanitaryenvironment.You’llfollowfoodsafetyandinfectioncontrolstandards,usediningsystemsandpoint-of-saletechnologyasneeded,andcollaboratewithteammemberstoensurehigh-qualityservicewhileupholdingFrasier’svaluesandcommitmenttoresidentwell-being.

 What You Will Earn

 Pay Range: $18.40-21.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

 Schedule: Weekend shift times will vary between 6:30am and 8:30pm Weeknight evenings 4pm-830pm days will vary based on the needs of the area. 

What You Will Need   

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Clear, professional communication with residents, guests, and team members
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dining or POS systems
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous dining, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
