We're seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Server to deliver exceptional hospitality during our dinner service, weekend brunch (Saturday & Sunday, 10am 1pm), and private events. Everything is made from scratch, with a seasonal, chef-driven menu built entirely around farmers and producers we know by name. The menu is short on purpose, and so is our beer, wine and cocktail list. We're a close-knit crew that keeps it real, and we want every guest to feel like a regular.
Your Role
As a Server, you'll be the heart of our dining experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests warmly and providing attentive, knowledgeable service throughout their meal
- Sharing genuine insights about our menu, local sourcing practices, wine selections, and cocktails
- Taking orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Collaborating seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Managing tables during dinner service, weekend brunch, and special private events
- Supporting the team in creating a welcoming, professional environment
What We're Looking For
You're warm, genuine, and knowledgeable about food and beverage. You understand the value of local sourcing and can speak authentically about our offerings. You're a true team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment and takes pride in hospitality. Experience in upscale casual or fine dining is a plus.
