Rodizio Grill at Hamilton Place is looking for energetic, friendly, and motivated Servers to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and take pride in providing exceptional hospitality, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
- Guide guests through our unique Brazilian steakhouse dining experience.
- Take accurate beverage, cocktail, and dessert orders.
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Work closely with fellow servers, gauchos, bartenders, and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
- Follow all restaurant policies, food safety standards, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must meet Tennessee requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
