About the Role:
We're looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our front-of-house team. No previous serving experience is required — we'll train you on everything you need to know about our rodizio-style service, menu, and hospitality standards. What matters most is a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make every guest's visit memorable.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests, explaining our rodizio dining concept and salad bar.
- Proactively suggest and upsell beverages and desserts, using product knowledge to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
- Check in regularly with tables to ensure guests are enjoying their meal and address any needs promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section throughout your shift.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, gauchos, bussers, and hosts to deliver seamless service.
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, welcoming attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and carrying trays.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol service in your state.
- Reliable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior serving experience necessary — we provide full training.
Compensation & Benefits:
- This position participates in our tip pooling model — gratuities are pooled and distributed among tipped team members (servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff as applicable) rather than kept individually per table.
