Lucky 13 Salt Lake City is looking for experienced servers to join our team. We are a high-volume, high-energy bar known for award-winning burgers, amazing cocktails, and a culture built around hospitality, professionalism, consistency, and teamwork.

Applicants must have a minimum of two years of serving experience with verified references.
Lucky 13 opened in Salt Lake City in 2009 and has built a reputation as one of Utah's most recognized and award-winning bars. Over the years, we have received multiple "Best Burger" awards and have been recognized by numerous local and national publications.
From the Fungus Amongus Burger to the Nut Butter Burger with house-smoked bacon and peanut butter, our food has become legendary - but our success is built equally on hospitality and service.
We believe guests return not only because of the food and drinks, but because of the people delivering the experience.
This is not an entry-level serving position.
We are a high-volume bar that moves fast, stays busy, and demands consistency, professionalism, urgency, and strong communication.
Our servers are expected to:
Control their section confidently
Maintain composure under pressure

Deliver knowledgeable, polished hospitality
Handle volume without sacrificing service quality
The right person for this role is charismatic, sharp, organized, self-aware, and genuinely enjoys hospitality.
Provide welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient service
Deliver high-level hospitality in a fast-paced environment
Maintain strong food, beverage, and cocktail knowledge
Guide guests through menu selections confidently
Communicate clearly with bartenders, food runners, kitchen staff, and management
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
Handle high-volume shifts with urgency and professionalism
Create memorable guest experiences through consistency and attention to detail
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum 2 years of serving experience with verified references
Strong hospitality and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
Professional demeanor
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
