Job Summary:

We're hiring Support Staff to help execute a service experience that's fluid, elevated, and full of soul. This isn't a traditional busser or barback role. It's a multifaceted position for someone who's eager to grow, contribute, and take pride in the details. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down the service bar with care and precision
Stock beverages, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks before and during service
Organize and restock to-go packaging and FOH supplies
Observe and visit open tables to check in on beverage service.
Work the service bar, mixing our signature cocktails, beers and wine.
Run food from kitchen to table and present each dish clearly and confidently
Perform bottle wine service at tables (training provided)
Bus and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining room
Deep clean and close down beverage and dining stations after service
Support the front-of-house manager with any operational needs as they arise
Compensation & Benefits:
$10.50/hour base pay
Fixed share of the service charge (distributed consistently and fairly)
Eligible for guest tips—any additional gratuity left is distributed amongst tip eligible FOH, per NYS law

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
A willingness to learn and grow within a service-forward, hospitality-driven culture
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person
