- Upselling, revenue generation, and payment processing
- Optimizing table turnover and seating
- Maintaining safety, compliance, and resolving issues
- Menu knowledge and customer satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
Certifications (ServSafe), high school diploma, physical stamina, restaurant experience, strong communication, attention to detail, tech proficiency (POS, reservation systems).
**Personal Qualities:**
Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, empathetic, strategic, collaborative, customer-focused, results-driven.
**Additional:**
Fluent in English; Spanish preferred. Works Monday-Friday, weekends, nights, and holidays, reporting to the GM/AGM and collaborating with management and FOH/BOH teams.
