What You’ll Be Doing

• Make every guest feel welcome. Greet guests warmly, build rapport, and create a positive first impression from the moment they arrive.

• Know your menu. Learn our food and beverage offerings so you can confidently answer questions, describe dishes, make recommendations, and help guests find something they’ll love.

• Deliver exceptional service. Take accurate orders, communicate special requests, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure every guest feels taken care of throughout their visit.

• Stay one step ahead. Anticipate guests’ needs, check in at the right moments, keep beverages refreshed, and notice the little details that make a big difference.

• Own your section. Keep tables clean, organized, and properly set while maintaining a polished and welcoming dining room.

• Work as a team. Communicate with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly. Great hospitality is a team effort!

• Bring your personality. Engage with guests naturally, make thoughtful recommendations, and help create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

• Handle the details. Enter orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and manage checks with care and attention.

• Take initiative. Stay productive during slower periods by assisting teammates, resetting tables, stocking supplies, and completing side work without waiting to be asked.

• Practice responsible service. Follow food safety and sanitation standards, verify IDs when required, and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine love for hospitality.

• Previous serving experience preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of guests.

• The ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• A dependable, motivated individual who takes initiative and has a strong work ethic.

• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.

• Confidence in making menu recommendations and answering guest questions.

• Strong order-taking and payment-handling skills.

• A commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and responsible alcohol service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the role.
