Are you an experienced server who can deliver refined service while keeping up with a busy dining room?

Opus 9 Steakhouse is seeking polished, experienced Fine Dining Servers who understand the demands of upscale hospitality. We’re a busy, formal steakhouse, and we need professionals who can balance exceptional guest service with speed, accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency.

We’re looking for servers who know their craft, carry themselves professionally, understand food and wine, and can confidently manage a busy section without missing the details that make fine dining special.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR SERVERS

• Provide polished, attentive service from the initial greeting through the final farewell.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and fine-dining service standards.
• Confidently explain menu selections, premium steaks, fresh seafood, and wine offerings.
• Make thoughtful recommendations and help guests navigate their dining experience.
• Manage a busy section with speed, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a gracious, composed presence.
• Keep orders accurate and coordinate timing with the kitchen, bar, and support staff.
• Maintain an immaculate, organized section throughout service.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Stay focused, communicate clearly, and support your teammates during busy periods.

THE PROFESSIONAL WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous fine-dining or upscale restaurant serving experience is strongly preferred.
• A polished appearance, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and upscale service techniques.
• The ability to hustle, prioritize, and keep pace during high-volume service.
• Exceptional attention to detail without sacrificing speed.
• Confidence managing multiple tables and competing priorities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to scheduled shifts.
• A genuine pride in hospitality and a desire to deliver consistently excellent service.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
