322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House are looking for friendly, fast, and detail-oriented Servers to join our team. Our restaurants are known for award-winning BBQ, crave-worthy donut burgers, and over-the-top pancakes—and we’re growing fast. 


What You'll Do:
• Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Guide guests through our unique menus (donuts, burgers, BBQ, and breakfast!)
• Take orders accurately and deliver with care
• Work closely with kitchen and counter staff to ensure smooth service
• Keep your section clean and guest-ready
• Promote catering options and gift cards when appropriate 


You’re a fit if you:
• Have experience in a full-service or fast-paced casual restaurant
• Are comfortable handling a high-volume environment
• Take pride in your appearance, pace, and professionalism
• Love food and have the hustle to match
• Can work a flexible schedule, including mornings and weekends
• Bartending experience is a plus
