Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Servers/Bartenders to join our team! Our team is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take guest's orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, and have fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- Answer questions about the menu and preparation
- Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
- Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
- Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $18.00 - $38.00 per hour
