    Link-Belt Mid-Atlantic is a construction equipment company offering sales, rentals, parts, and service. Our legacy is built on quality products and customer satisfaction.  Currently we have a Service Administrator role open at our Frederick, MD branch.  
     
    Job Description Summary
    Provide administrative support to service department
     
    Essential Job Functions Include:
    • Assist Manager in all service-related paper flow and procedures.
    • Open service work orders, track the progress of each by posting the related labor hours and sublet charges, review with Manager for accuracy and close them upon completion.
    • Prepare and process all service invoices and credit memos in a timely manner and in accordance with policies established by the accounting department.
    • Assist Manager on service-related phone calls and scheduling as needed.
    • Monitor labor and other charges stored in work-in-process for accuracy, and to ensure the timely closure of completed repairs.
    • Monitor and track all campaigns.
    • Maintain mechanic information, driving records and monitor electronic logs.
    • Track rental returns and coordinate with Manager to ensure timely repairs.
    • Run the WIP report once a week to review with Manager.
     
    Education
    HS Diploma or GED
     
    Experience
    1 or more years of experience in service and equipment industry, preferably with heavy equipment
     
    Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Detail oriented with ability to multitask with frequent interruptions
    • Communicate professionally and effectively within organization and with customers
     
    Compensation and Benefits 
    • This position offers a pay range of $28 - $34 hourly depending upon experience 
    • Complete benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, both short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays.
