Service Advisor

Long Honda of Albany is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our service department and customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and concerns.
• Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates and explain recommended services.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, additional repairs, and costs.
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Promote service specials and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive repair processes is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
