Autos of Chicago is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for a professional advisor who understands dealership operations, customer communication, and how to drive service sales while maintaining high CSI.

Greet customers and accurately assess service needs Write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair status Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and professionally Maintain strong customer relationships and high CSI scores Ensure accurate documentation and billing Follow dealership processes and compliance standards Requirements
