The successful Service Advisor candidate is a critical support role providing exceptional customer satisfaction in servicing customers vehicles. The candidate must demonstrate true professionalism and leadership during the entire service process from the warm greet of customers to the confident review of their repair or service, then wrapping up the transaction with their team’s support.
