When a customer's machine needs repair, you're their go-to person: you explain what's wrong, send the quote, keep the shop on schedule, and get them back to work. Gather details on equipment problems, build estimates, and send quotes with photos by text or email through Modern. Then follow up by phone.Keep the shop moving. Schedule technicians, track work order progress, and coordinate equipment pickup and delivery.Build relationships. Follow up with customers, recommend additional repairs, and share service promotions.Own your numbers. Forecast service sales at weekly Branch Huddles. We'll teach you how your decisions drive shop efficiency and revenue.What You'll BringStrong customer service skills, including comfort sharing good news and bad newsOrganization and the ability to juggle several jobs at onceGood working relationships with technicians and coworkersComfort working in multiple computer systems, including Excel and OutlookHigh school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of service, parts, or equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
