    We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-volume, growing Service Department and deliver an outstanding experience to every customer.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet customers promptly and professionally
    • Gather customer and vehicle information accurately
    • Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms
    • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
    • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor
    • Set and manage customer expectations for repair timelines
    • Monitor repair progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates
    • Review final invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with completed work
    • Explain repairs, services, and charges in a clear and friendly manner

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • High-volume mindset with attention to detail
    • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
    • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
