Service Advisor

Beaverhead Motors is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Dillon, MT. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for effectively communicating vehicle service needs, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating with technicians to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repair options.
• Prepare and present service estimates and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding service status and any changes.
• Manage service tickets and maintain detailed records of services performed.
• Promote service specials and additional maintenance services to customers.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming service reception area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and service management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
