SERVICE ADVISOR

Chastang Truck Center - 

We are adding an additional Service Advisor to our team because quite frankly, we do not have enough manpower to ensure each client receives the level of engagement they desire in addition to the stress that it creates for our team who wants to deliver that experience to every client. As an Isuzu Truck Center, 95% of our service business is commercial so our advisors must be adept at building relationships with drivers and decision-makers. They are often frequently asked technical questions, so our advisors need to be able to communicate well with the technicians. The pay for this position is salary plus commission and we pay Bi-Weekly.

THE POSITION:

• Responsible for working with clients to determine a solution to their vehicles needs
• Communicating with clients and technician 
• Understand and apply factory and aftermarket warranties
• Coordinate ride shares to pick up or deliver clients
• Provide courteous, polite, and professional service with a smile
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

THE LOCATION:

Chastang Truck Center is located in Houston, Tx. at 8455 North Freeway.
