Service Advisor

Description of the role

This role involves a leader who can assist in managing technicians, dispatching service tickets, managing work flow, assisting in loading the shop, assisting in customer retention, assisting in day-to-day operations, and assisting in growing both customer-pay and warranty repair order counts. I need a person who is well verse in both customer service, as well as automotive knowledge. In this role you will support the service manager in their daily duties, while producing and performing at an above average General Motors standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Recruit technicians
• Dispatch service tickets to increase efficiency
• Manage work flow on daily basis
• Assist in loading the shop for optimal daily production
• Assist in customer retention 
• Assist in day-to-day operations
• Assist in growing both customer-pay and warranty repair order counts
• Maintain superior CSI
• Maintain all General Motors required testing and courses

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of automotive service operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Competitive compensation: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year paid weekly
