Description of the role:
The Service Advisor at Paretti Family of Dealerships plays a crucial role in the overall customer experience and satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to customers requiring automotive maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers to understand their automotive service needs
- Scheduling appointments and managing the service department's calendar
- Explaining recommended maintenance and repairs to customers and addressing any questions or concerns
- Providing accurate estimates and preparing detailed work orders for service technicians
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Assisting with vehicle pick-up and delivery, as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
