Description of the role:

The Service Advisor at Paretti Family of Dealerships plays a crucial role in the overall customer experience and satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to customers requiring automotive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers to understand their automotive service needs
• Scheduling appointments and managing the service department's calendar
• Explaining recommended maintenance and repairs to customers and addressing any questions or concerns
• Providing accurate estimates and preparing detailed work orders for service technicians
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles
• Assisting with vehicle pick-up and delivery, as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software used for service scheduling and work order management
