Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle needs and service requests.
- Provide clear and accurate service estimates, explaining necessary repairs and maintenance to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and vehicle condition.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates, approvals, and completion.
- Work closely with parts and service departments to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Promote additional services and routine maintenance to enhance customer vehicle performance and safety.
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive service advising or customer service roles in a dealership setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to understand and explain automotive repairs and maintenance clearly.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage service schedules and documentation.
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
