Service Advisor – Portsmouth Ford

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner

  • Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommendations

  • Communicate between technicians and customers to keep repairs moving smoothly

  • Build trust through transparency, follow-up, and education

  • Maintain high CSI scores and customer loyalty

  • Work collaboratively with advisors, techs, and management

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Experience with CDK or similar DMS a plus

  • Team-player mentality with a customer-first mindset
