    Job Description

    Anderson Rock River Ford is looking for a talented, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team.

    Responsibilities include:

    - Set/confirm appointments and perform follow-up with customers.- Provide repair estimates.- Assist customers with their repair/maintenance needs.- Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.- Communicate frequently with other company departments.- Help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
