Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the service lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.• Own the customer experience by going the extra mile to create a lasting, positive impression.• Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, whether in-person or over the phone.• Communicate repairs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one year as an automotive Service Advisor in the last 5 years.• Strong communication and time management skills, customer-focused personality• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Professional appearance and demeanor• Valid driver’s license with a clean record• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check & drug screening
