What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a positive service experience
• Listen carefully to customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repair services
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status
• Prepare repair orders and estimates
• Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through delivery

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Has automotive service experience (preferred)
• Is comfortable recommending maintenance and repair services
• Has a valid driver's license
