Service Advisor RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to allow technician to diagnose
• Ensure accurate RO generation, and documentation of diagnostic steps, and repairs are present.
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Answer incoming phone calls to service, and make outgoing phone calls to customer.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Service Advisor REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Previous customer service experience
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
