Looking for a Miami Service Writer position with a Monday–Friday schedule? Prestige Auto Tech is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who can make every customer visit clear, organized, and professional. You will be the connection between the customer and the technician, helping drivers understand their vehicles and confidently approve necessary service.

Your Role in the Shop

• Welcome customers, document their concerns, and organize the appointment schedule.
• Prepare repair estimates and service orders using automotive shop management software.
• Review DVIs with technicians and explain repairs in everyday language.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations, answer questions, and secure approvals.
• Coordinate parts and workflow while keeping customers updated.
• Complete warranty documentation, collect payments, and deliver vehicles.
• Follow up after service and maintain accurate records to support lasting customer relationships.

Experience and Skills

This role suits an organized communicator who can balance customer care with automotive service sales. You are comfortable explaining estimates, handling several repair orders at once, and keeping details accurate throughout a busy day.

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong automotive knowledge, sales and closing ability, and customer service skills.
• Comfort with automotive shop management software; Tekmetric experience is a plus.
• Professional attitude and appearance, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license.

European and Luxury Vehicle Experience

Experience serving owners of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, MINI, and Volvo vehicles is highly valued. European automotive service, luxury vehicle customer care, and dealership Service Advisor experience are strong advantages.
