Service Advisor

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Sykesville, MD. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. You will work closely with our technicians and service team to communicate customer needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely completion of services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and listen carefully to their vehicle service concerns.
• Provide clear and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize vehicle repairs.
• Maintain communication with customers on the status of their vehicles.
• Process service orders and handle customer billing and payments.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Handle warranty claims and documentation as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in an automotive service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient with computer systems, including scheduling and invoicing software.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
