Key Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly after guests leave
• Refill water and assist servers with running food and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, floors, and restrooms throughout shifts
• Respond politely to guest requests and communicate needs to servers
• Restock server stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and to-go supplies
• Carry bus tubs to dish area and help keep dishes moving efficiently
• Empty trash and recycling; keep entrance and patio tidy
• Complete opening and closing cleaning duties
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Silverlake Ramen standards
• Work collaboratively with hosts, servers, and kitchen team

What You Bring

• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a busy restaurant
• Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts (6 to 8+ hours)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
