Service Assistant - Missouri Athletic Club - Downtown

We are seeking a Service Assistant for our Downtown Clubhouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set, clear, clean, and reset tables according to Club standards.

• Greet and seat members and guests.

• Assist servers with food, beverage, water, and table service.

• Remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly.

• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked dining and service areas.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Anticipate member and guest needs and support the service team.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Club service standards.

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hospitality experience preferred; high-end experience a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented with strong communication and guest service skills.

• Professional, reliable, and eager to learn and grow.

• Ability to learn Club service standards and basic bar support procedures.
