Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC (Business Development Center) representative to join our team in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless service experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently using dealership software.
• Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, appointment confirmations, and service status updates.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Promote additional service offerings and upsell when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times to represent the dealership’s commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
