Seeking an experienced Service Billing A/R Specialist to manage service invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections to work fully on site in the Livingston, NJ area.

• Responsibilities include preparing accurate invoices, verifying supporting documentation and pricing, following up on outstanding payments, monitoring aging reports, and resolving billing disputes.

• The role works closely with Service Operations, Sales, Field Operations, and Accounting to ensure timely billing and collections.
