Service Cashier

Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for a part-time Service Cashier to join our award-winning team!Job ResponsibilitiesReceipting monies collected for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle salesAssist with scheduling service appointments for customers.Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelinesBalancing the cash drawer and finalizing the deposit.Provide backup coverage for main reception deskOrganize and file service and accounting files as needed; purge files when necessary.Light liftingPart Time Position:Variable evenings: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - Close (between 7 and 8pm), and rotating SaturdaysJob Requirements:We are looking for some one who is a team player, dependable, and can provide exceptional customer service.Must have a positive attitudeMust provide exceptional customer servicePrevious cashier experience preferredPrevious Automotive experience preferredAccounting knowledge is a plus – this position can provide great experience for accounting majors!Proficient computer skillsMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh School Diploma or equivalentBenefits given with 30 hours or more consistently
