Service Contracts Coordinator Location: 85 Woodridge Dr. Amherst, NY Reports To: Manager - Client and Field Services About the role: As a Service Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of service agreements and ensuring delivery against customer commitments. You will work cross-functionally with service, sales and external partners to manage contracts, coordinate service execution and drive a high level of customer experience. What Will You Do? Manage service contracts, warranties and customer entitlements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and compliance Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) and service activities with customers and delivery partners Track Contact renewals, expirations and extensions: proactively support renewal planning Prepare and manage time & material (T&M) quotes, including scope validation and partner coordination Support RFQ processes and collaborate with external service providers to meet customer requirements Review service documentation to ensure work performed aligns with contractual scope Validate partner invoices against purchase orders and support the invoicing process Monitor service delivery performance to ensure on time execution and SLA adherence Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and service systems What Qualifications Will Make You Successful? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
