Service Department Coordinator

The Service Department Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and assisting customers with their service needs. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, helping ensure a positive customer experience and the efficient operation of the service department.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer service appointments.
• Direct customer calls to the appropriate service advisors or department personnel.
• Provide basic information regarding service hours, appointment availability, and department procedures.
• Assist with customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
