You’ll start each day helping homeowners on the phone and finish as the dispatcher, quarterbacking our service techs. This is a fast-paced, phone-first role for someone who feeds off action, impact, and making things happen when others are winding down.

What You’ll Own:
Before 3:30 PM:
- Answer inbound calls with energy and empathy.
- Make outbound "Happy Calls" to check in, ask for reviews, and upsell tune-ups or memberships.
- Confirm next-day appointments and handle light follow-up on unsold work.
After 3:30 PM:
- Dispatch technicians and communicate with field teams.
- Handle overflow/rollover calls when other offices close.
- Serve as the point person for any urgent matters until closing.
Scorecard for Success:
- 99%+ call answer rate during your shift
- 90%+ booking on service calls
- 10+ memberships or add-ons per month
- Board cleared or clean handoff by 8:00 PM
