Service Dispatcher

We are seeking an organized and dependable Service Dispatcher to join an established commercial mechanical and plumbing contractor. This role is responsible for coordinating daily service operations, scheduling technicians, and ensuring excellent communication between customers and field personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for daily service calls.

• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates.

• Coordinate technician schedules and prioritize urgent service requests.

• Maintain accurate service records and work orders.

• Help ensure efficient daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing industry experience is a plus.
