We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Service Drive Greeter / Lube Advisor to help create an outstanding experience for our service customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives as part of a team, and wants to grow their knowledge of the automotive industry.

As one of the first points of contact for our service guests, you’ll play an important role in making every visit welcoming, efficient, and professional. From greeting customers and assisting our service advisors to supporting our quick lube department, no two days are exactly alike!

What You'll Do

• Welcome our guests: Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and direct them to the appropriate team members.

• Keep things moving: Safely drive customer vehicles to our off-site parking lot and ensure they are properly secured.

• Support our service advisors: Assist with the service write-up process and help ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Assist with customer transportation: Support our shuttle driver with customer transportation to and from work or home.

• Support our quick lube team: Help write up customers and communicate recommended maintenance services.

• Connect with customers: Answer incoming service department calls, assist with questions, and schedule service appointments.

• Represent our brands: Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Professional writing, reading, and basic math skills.

• The ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.

• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

• An interest in the automotive industry and a desire to provide an excellent customer experience.

Previous automotive experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn go a long way!

Benefit Package

Pay range for this position is $18.50-$20.50 per hour. Pay rate is based on experience. This position is eligible for reoccurring performance-based bonuses (spiffs).

After a 90-day probationary period, the following benefits are offered:

• 40 hours front loaded Paid Time Off
