Service Engineer Southaven, MS

Position: Service Engineer Data Center / Server Hardware
Location: Southaven, MS

We are seeking experienced Service Engineers to provide on-site support for enterprise data center servers and hardware. This is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining server infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for enterprise server hardware (Dell PowerEdge and similar).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures to minimize downtime.
- Perform installation, removal, replacement, and repair of components (memory, CPUs, power supplies, fans, storage, RAID/HBA, NICs, GPUs, motherboards).
- Execute rack-and-stack, cabling, and server configuration.
- Perform firmware/BIOS updates and use server management tools (iDRAC, iLO).
- Document service activities and communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and extended coverage as required.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise servers or data center hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently in customer-facing environments.

- Knowledge of GPU/AI server infrastructure.
- Background in data center operations and structured cabling.
