Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
Position Overview
Seeking a Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair Swiss-type CNC machines at customer facilities while delivering exceptional technical support.
Primary Responsibilities
· Install and upgrade CNC machines at customer sites
· Configure hardware, software, and machine options
· Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC issues
· Document service activities and customer communications
· Maintain tools, equipment, and service records
· Train customers on proper operation and basic maintenance
· Provide phone and in-office technical support
· Communicate job status and completion to management

CNC machine tool service or maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Customer-focused communication skills
Ability to manage schedules and field service calls
Computer skills for reporting and documentation
Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical) Strongly Prefered
Valid driver"s license
