We are looking for an experienced, motivated Service Foreman to lead a two-person crew and provide quality roofing solutions to our customers. This position is ideal for an experienced commercial roofer who takes pride in their work, can lead effectively, and wants to build a long-term career with an employee-owned company.
What You'll Do

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various commercial roof systems
• Lead and work alongside a two-person service crew
• Complete work according to job specifications and IRC safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Complete required service reports and job documentation
• Maintain assigned truck, tools, and equipment
• Help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to IRC's quality standards

Competitive Pay
$40–$50 per hour, based on commercial roofing experience, skills, and qualifications.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience working with a variety of roofing systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a crew
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Ability to complete required documentation and reports
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate work instructions and safety requirements in English
