Service Greeter

Service Greeter must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The Service Greeter is expected to work at least 40 hours per week and is non-exempt from overtime.

The Service Greeter is responsible forgreeting customers at the service drive, transporting customers and their vehicles, and maintaining the presentable state of the service drive.

Customer Service

  • Greet customers as they enter the service drive
  • Transport customer and customer vehicles to and from the dealership
  • Prepare fluid samples for customers

Operation of motor vehicles

  • Take possession of customer vehicle to park until vehicle is serviced
  • Drives vehicle to customer after service is completed
  • Reposition vehicles on lot for best access

Maintains presentable state of service drive

  • Gather and empty trash
  • Clean service drive by sweeping and/or mopping
  • Other general maintenance of service drive

Qualifications and requirements:

Experience

  • None necessary

Education / Certifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Certifications / Licensures

  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record as outlined by company policy

  • Operates all types of automobile including manual transmission (stick shift)
