As a Service Lot Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our service lot, ensuring vehicles are properly prepared and positioned for customer pick-up and service procedures. Responsibilities
- Move vehicles between service bays, customer parking areas, and sales lots in a safe and efficient manner.
- Clean and maintain the service lot and surrounding areas to ensure a professional appearance.
- Assist service technicians by delivering parts, tools, and vehicles as needed.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and notify management of any damage or issues.
- Support customer service by promptly retrieving and preparing vehicles for customer appointments and deliveries.
- Comply with all safety and company policies while performing duties.
- Assist with pick up and delivery of customers cars.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles on the lot.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
